Accessibility Statement

Effective October 6, 2026 Last updated October 17, 2026 Version A11Y-2026-10-17

Summary

We want everyone to be able to use MaxLeadPRO, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or voice control. Our target is WCAG 2.2 level AA. If something gets in your way, tell us and we will help.

1. Our commitment #

MaxLeadPRO (the website, the Android and iOS apps, and the public pages our customers publish with it) is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Accessibility is part of how we build and release, not a one-time project.

2. How we test #

  • Every release: an automated check of every website page an account owner can reach for the rules that can be verified from the page itself — page language and title, headings in order, labels for every form field, names for every button and link, text alternatives for images, unique ids and keyboard order.
  • Every release: performance budgets for every page (server time, page weight and number of requests), so pages stay fast on slower connections and devices.
  • Regularly: a scan with axe in a real browser for colour contrast and rendered-page rules, at desktop width and at 320 pixels wide (reflow).
  • Before major releases: manual passes with the keyboard only, with the NVDA screen reader on the website, and with TalkBack on Android.

We use semantic HTML, visible focus, skip links, live regions for status messages, sufficient colour contrast, and text that can be resized to 200% without losing content.

3. Known limitations #

  • Content our customers create. Businesses write their own emails, posts and landing pages. Our editors prompt for image descriptions and check contrast in page themes, but the business is responsible for the accessibility of what it publishes.
  • Design editor. Moving and resizing elements on the design canvas uses a pointer; every element can also be edited through the text fields and settings next to the canvas.
  • PDF exports. Quotes, invoices and reports exported as PDF are not yet tagged for screen readers. The same information is available as web pages or CSV.
  • Generated videos. Videos made with the video tool come with WebVTT captions of the narration; when a business uploads the video elsewhere, it needs to upload the caption file too.

4. Feedback and help #

If you can’t use part of MaxLeadPRO, or need information in another format, contact us at support@maxleadpro.com or 1-855-650-LEAD (5323). Tell us the page or screen and what happened. We reply within two business days and, where we can’t fix the problem quickly, we will find another way to give you the information or complete the task.

5. Review #
